Description
为了弥补因人为历法规定造成的年度天数与地球实际公转周期的时间差，人们设立了闰年（Leap Year）和平年（Common Year），补上时间差的年份为闰年。闰年共有366天。
闰年的判断规则为：四年一闰，百年不闰，四百年再闰。其余为平年。
请你编写程序判断输入的年份为平年还是闰年。
Input
一个整数N(−10^9≤N≤10^9)。
Output
如果是闰年，输出“Leap Year”；
如果是平年，输出“Common Year”。
